1. Are Chinese Herbs Safe?
Chinese Herbs are very safe when prescribed correctly by a properly trained practitioner. Our practitioners are all fully qualified and experienced, assuring the highest standard of practice and safety.
2. What can be treated by Chinese medicine?
Chinese medicine is successfully used for a wide range of conditions including: Skin, Cardiovascular, Gastro-intestinal, Respiratory, Rheumatic, Psychological, Urinary and Gynecological disorders, also Male's disease and Eyes, Nose and Throat disease etc.
3. How can I get treatment ?
For a new patient, a consultation must be made with the Chinese medicine Doctor before the treatment can be taken. For a subsequent visit, it is advised that repeat prescribed herbs should be purchased after seeing the doctor again since the doctor may not only alter your herbal prescription but also monitor your progress.
4. Is an appointment always necessary?
No, we will try our best to fit you in if you want to see a doctor without an appointment. However it is advised to make an appointment in advance to avoid waiting.
5. How many treatments do I need?
The total number of treatment required varies depending on the nature and severity of the problem. Your practitioner will discuss this with you.
